Official notifications regarding fines or court matters are provided only through authorized channels such as official letters, secure portals, or direct communication from the court. If you receive a text message claiming to be about court fines or requesting payment, do not respond or click any links. This may be a scam. Report suspicious messages to the court or your IT/security office. Your security and trust are important to us.
The Thirteenth Judicial District Court (“13thJDC”) will make all reasonable accommodations and reasonable modifications to policies and programs to ensure that people with disabilities have an equal opportunity to enjoy all of its programs, services and activities
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a service, program, or activity of the 13thJDC should contact its ADA Coordinator at 505-865-2438 by email: ada.13thdistrictcourt-grp@nmcourts.gov as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event. In addition to an email request, you may also submit the ADA Accommodations Request Form.
Counsel or self-represented litigants may notify the ADA Coordinator of the nature of the disability at least five (5) business days before any hearing so appropriate accommodations may be made.
